Fajardo Property after renovation

Naranjito Property after renovation

Where are these properties located?

It is important to know your market when investing in real estate. We have given tremendous consideration and strict underwriting guidelines to where we purchase properties. Below is a list of markets we currently hold properties.

Fajardo, Puerto Rico
A small city in Puerto Rico, Fajardo is located in the east region of Puerto Rico, and east of Luquillo.  Fajardo is known for recreational boating in Puerto Rico.  Fajardo has the largest Marina in the Caribbean,  Puerto del Rey, and is a popular launching port to Culebra, Vieques, and the American and British Virgin Islands.  The town has a number of hotels and inns. Fajardo is a well-known tourist venue, because of its marinas, beaches, hotels, and natural resources. As well as being the location for the El Conquistador Hotel, Fajardo is known for the Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve.

Fajardo has beautiful beaches and ports. The town is the transportation center between the main island of Puerto Rico and the island municipalities of Culebra and Vieques. Fajardo’s economy is based on manufacturing, including medical equipment and instruments, as well as the various offerings of the tourist industry.

Humacao, Puerto Rico
Due to its location on the coast and relative short distance from the capital, Humacao is a frequent stop for tourists. One of the most notable tourist mainstays is the Palmas del Mar resort, which is the island's largest resort. This megaresort is composed of over 3,000 acres (12 km2) of land and occupies the entire south eastern portion of the municipal territory. The resort contains over 20 tennis courts, two world-class golf courses, beaches, several restaurants and a riding center.

Aside of the beaches in Palmas del Mar resort, Humacao has several other beaches. Among the most popular ones are Punta Santiago, Buena Vista, Punta Candelero, and El Morrillo. Other landmarks from Humacao are the Astronomical Observatory in the University of Puerto Rico at Humacao, Casa Roig, the Guzmán Ermit, the Wildlife Refuge, and the Church Dulce Nombre de Jesús. The University of Puerto Rico at Humacao, formerly the CUH, educates over 4,000 students and is well known for its sciences.

Naranjito, Puerto Rico
Naranjito is a municipality of Puerto Rico located in the central region of the island, south of Toa Alta; north of Barranquitas and Comerío; east of Corozal; and west of Bayamón. Naranjito is spread over 15 wards and Naranjito Pueblo (the downtown area and the administrative center). Landmarks and places of interest include Anones Park, Cancha Gelito Ortega, Cedro Abajo Falls, La Marina Boardwalk, and La Plata Lake.
